Best Phones w/ X5

So just got the X5 and I have the iPhone 5S. Works pretty good with the iDrive and all. I even can long press the Voice Button on the steering wheel to activate Siri. No contact pic's on the iDrive when making calls.
I heard that the Samsung S-Voice works like Siri with the steering wheel button, is this true? Also that contact pic's show up on the caller id on iDrive.
Any other Android phones work like this as well, thinking of changing phones.

Android and Windows Phone should allow contact pictures to display. Apple needs to get on the ball with this.

The new HTC One released today looks pretty awesome.

How can I get my text messages and emails to show . And how do I even use the BMW apps ?

If you have an iPhone, go to Settings -> Bluetooth. Tap the (i) next to your car BMW XXXXX. Make sure "Show Notifications" is set to On.

Android varies by manufacturer and how they've skinned things. But similar options exist. You want to look for Bluetooth MAP profile or something similar to enable.

I think just Apple and Samsung with allow the Voice text Siri thing from the wheel since no one else makes a phone like that.
That HTC One does look nice but they kept the same crappy camera in it from the older One.
I might try an Samsung Note 3 or Galaxy S5
