Suspension options

I was looking in the german site and they provide with four different types of suspension. The 1st one is the basic. The 2nd is adaptive Comfort suspension. The 3rd one is the Dynamic adaptive suspension and the last one is adaptive M sport suspension.

So whats the difference between these except from the line/package that acompanies them. I wanna know if you can adjust them from the rocker switch in the dash ... for the driving programms. Is the M sport suspension adjustable or do i have to take the Dynamic suspension upgrade

I have a 2014 x5 f15 3.5i but the car wont lower in the rear after installing the h&r springs
