Long shot here, but does it only happen upon turning?

For example, when I stop at a red light and driving forward slowly, I hear the noise. And I think it also coming when I make turns, too. It's like a tink sound

If it ONLY happens when turning, easy fix. If it does it consistently could be multiple things.

What could it be?
And is the flange a part that comes with differential or what?
Because after I changed my differential, the sound didn't go away and my technician told me that the flange comes seperate itself but my other shop says that it comes with differential and I already changed it.

Like I said. Are you certain is does it in a straight line and not just taking corners?
