How da heck do you remove the rear center headrest?

I have a e90 sedan with folding rear seats and manual clearly says I cannot adjust it but I can remove it

I'm doing a custom V1 mount and the middle headrest is totally in the way so need to ditch that thing!

Fold the seat forward to give yourself room and then remove it? It can be done cause I've removed mine
