Earlier this week I was in the MS. Thats right cuz, MS.

And the first one was, "did I have a Mach 5?"

You cant make this up. Can anyone top those?

I've encountered a couple of enthusiasts, most of which knew what the car was! At the Shell by my place, a guy in a 335i sedan gave me a high five lol. Mach 5, how appropriate

LOL! That's hilarious. Since I've had my F10 M5 back from Euro Delivery. Not one random person has approached me to make a comment about it. I've had it back for about 3 and a half weeks now and still nothing. I was only in Europe for ED for 6 days and I had at least half a dozen compliments by random citizens of Europe. Including one gentlemen in Monaco, who said that he'd never seen an F10 M5 in Monaco before. I'm starting to wonder if I should have gotten that Sakhir Orange exterior color that I was seriously considering after all. I was also seriously on the fence about Frozen Silver and Monte Carlo Blue. On the plus side though, is that I've been running my Munich Euro Delivery Plates on the M5 the whole time here in SoCal and I've had no trouble with cops, this is even after I installed my 15% window tint all around the car. I've even had patrol cars pull up right behind me when my M5 was literally the only car at the intersection and still not flip their lights. You can even ask BarryB about this, it happened while I was giving him a test ride. It's clear that my plan worked, which is that I wanted zero attention from the police, and I have been driving wicked fast around SoCal too. Sometimes I do wish, random people would recognize that my car isn't the run of the mill F10 528i that is so prevalent in SoCal though. LOL!

I have been waiting for one of these threads LOL. After having the m5 for a couple months I am really surprised how many people recognize it/ looks/comments it gets. I've had about 8-10 people already come up to me, and have had dozens of chicks say nice car which they probably don't even know its a m5, LOL. Have had everything from 911 turbo s, bentley mulsanne, 458, try to race/play.

Is that a v6?

What kind of engine is that? I heard it explode.

Dropped my buddy off at the car wash last week. While I was waiting for him to get in my car, 3 or 4 people came out and all started taking pictures with thier phones.
I told him the paparazzi was bad at his car wash.

The absolute worst however is with frozen black, everyobody and I mean EVERYBODY must physically touch the car. If I see them, I tell them feel like an M5.
