BMW 2012 navigation DVD from Amazon?

Anyone know for sure if this contains the FSC code needed for the update? Thanks.

why not just call BMW of Towson since that is who the vendor is?

It can't be the same set for all E9x 3-series cars. It was the CCC system up through 2008 and the CiC system after that. They use map data from two different vendors as well as copying the data to hard drive in the CiC system.
