Feels good to be rare!
Looking at the production numbers and colors I just figured out I have #13 of 36 Monaco Blue Mcoupes.. How sweet is that

I've only seen one other Mcoupe here in central Fl and it was IB. I guess no matter what color you have, it's still gonna be a rare car.

How rare are the MCoupes? I know that my Z3 coupe was real rare but like my '07 IB MCoupe. Does anyone have production numbers? I am guessing I will see a few IB MCoupes at ZFest this year.

I may have overpaid. I paid 33k for mine. 07 with 30000 miles it does have everything but an alarm system. I guess all of them are pre-wired for alarm systems. So I ordered the alarm kit from Tischer BMW total cost is $60. I hope to receive it in the mail today and install it this evening.

True. The M Coupe isnt a daily driver. For the most part it will stay in the garage except on weekends. Mostly just nice weekends. I estimated for insurance purposes that, I will only drive about 5k miles the first year.

3 days ago, I just took delivery of a 2006 Z4 M coupe with 27K miles, paid $32K....but I had to have Sepang Bronze Metallic so I was willing to pay a bit more. Don't think I paid too much according to the current market. There are only 68 Sepang coupes in the N. America registry, not quite as rare as the Monaco Blue though.
