advise on Tires/Wheels
Hi
I am looking at the Apex GB for new track wheels-My 07 M coupe is Space Grey (or whatever BMW calls the Grey Coupe )- What color finish would you suggest? I've decided on 18"- 9" ft & 10" rear. I am looking at Hankook Ventus R-S3 - 245/40 ft ; 285/35 rear. Do you think I'll have any clearance issues-I still have stock suspension but plan to install coil-overs later. Thanks in advance for your help! Wayne |

Wayne,
Front wheel will be 10mm closer to suspension and stick 10mm further out. Rear wheel will be 10mm closer to suspension and stick 20mm further out. http://www.rimsntires.com/specs.jsp http://www.zpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=87131 I'm no expert but the tires sizes you've picked seem to be the closest to OE diameters in 18". However the rears may be pretty aggressive with that wide a tire, 10" rim with that offset. Hopefully some others with more experience and with a coil over set up can weigh in here. On an '07 you've got silver grey . I like the hyper silver wheels but colour is always a personal thing. |

I really badly wanted that tone of grey when I was looking for a coupe, but now I am super in love with the car I found (interlagos). You are going to think im crazy, but the colors is choose would be black, or white. They contrast well with that color.
