Will NCDOT allow it: Poll for fun

So I submitted my order form online for a specialized, NC state, license plate knowing, maybe even hoping, it would get denied by NC's DOT......not sure I really want this on my car!

Here's the plate request:

M3-FTMFW!

Will it get approved or denied?

BTW, I submitted one a few years back that started with "F@" meant to be read as "Fat" and it was denied for assumed vulgarity.

You might get lucky. Years ago on Wade Avenue I saw a guy in a Jeep who's plate was T&APATRL. I nearly dropped my jaw on the carpet that he got that past them.

They are also not good with foreign languages. I know someone who's plate is "wanker", only it's not in English. :-)

Too funny! Well.....I imagine it probably just depends on whose desk the request lands on. I was surprised when my F@ plate was denied.

The plate requested was "F@ SOUND" (we already had "FATSOUND" on another vehicle). I guess they assumed it was meant a completely different way than intended. I've been trying to figure that one out for a couple of years and the only thoughts I come up with are pretty gnarly. Must of been someone with a sick mind on the desk that day!

I actually thought using the ampersand after the F to complete the word FAT was pretty brilliant!
