Freezing Cold in Canada!!!!

Hey guys,

Today was so cold in my city and I barely could drive my M3 to work at the beginning! My clutch and my gas pedals were frozen and were barely moving .... and my Park Distance Control was keep beeping lol

I took a picture of my dashboard, it was -30.5 C which is -23 F! To be honest, I feel bad for driving my car in this weather!!!

Yup I hear you loud and clear. Today was -29C and with the windchill was around -35C. But the bad thing/good thing about Calgary is that two days from now, it's supposed to hit +8C.. Go figure -.-

Wow, that's just insane.

I heard Chicago is supposed to get one of the biggest blizzards ever this week with some freezing arctic air to match.

67 here in Los Angeles, after two weeks of 75+ (happy it will be 74 this weekend though

)

Afterall, Calgary is the fastest growing economy in North America so that is not a big price to pay. I would take crappy weather over crappy economy with huge deficits any day. .

Besides, it will be very short lived. Only for the morning. Calgary heats up very quickly. 20 C variation in a matter of hours.

Yep. I walked around easily this morning going to work since there was no wind.

It will be up to - 6 C tommorow (22 F) and up to 7 C (45 F) by friday.

Minnesota, NY, Boston, Washington, Chicago etc. are having crippling blizzards and black ice everywhere. Atleast, looking on the brighter side, I got to my office (Engineering buildings of Shaw CableSystems, Barlow NE) easily without any issues in my RWD car with winter tires on.

damn bro i feel sorry for you - i remember when i had to walk in that weather back in high school. so cold i couldn't feel my face. hated my life; hard work pays off though

Yeah man, I was on the same boat! Was walking to high school everyday amd by the time I would get to school, I could not feel my ears and face at all! Sometimes I used to feel my brain was frozen as well lol !! haha
