Damn Valet

coming back from dinner

gave my daily driver to valet. everything going well had a great dinner. give the valet my ticket get the car pay the $10. driving home while bumping the music I hear something in the background - it's mexican salsa music. i turn down the music look at my friends and think wtf. turns out the valet left his cellphone in the car.. sigh

looking at the phone; incoming call from "mi amor" which translates to my love..

it's the valet asking for me to deliver his phone to him.

ok this guy needs

guess i'll help. pull out of the driveway drive alllll the way back give him his phone and all I get is a "thanks"..

just another reason to say say helllll no to valet.

Sucks for the inconvenience, but better of the than the board member who had is M stolen from a valet in Las Vegas. It ended up getting crashed with sexual items in the car when they found it.

Well, personally I would have said: "Thanks bro... I really appreciate looking out. Give me a call if you need me to hook up a good seat for you next time you come by".

P.S. I'm sure there is Mexican Salsa music, but just so you know; it does not have to be Mexican.

Where was his cellphone? You have to wonder why it would have been some place out of sight if he was only parking the car. I would have expected it to be on the front passenger seat or maybe in the ash tray.

Wow, that was pretty rude of him not to offer to tip YOU for bringing his phone back. Another reason why I will not allow anyone to valet park my car. If I can't park it myself, then I will go somewhere else.
