Rubbing/grinding noise when turning slowly?

Does anyone experience this? Im in 2011.5 e92 DTC and often (not always) I hear rubbing/grinding noise coming from rear when I turn at low speed. It goes away when I speed up, but i cannot figure out if this is normal... Anyone?

Yes it is the differential... Bmw has a service bulletin out for it... Do a search

Ive heard this same noise on mine. Id def like to get my diff fluid changed if there is a SB on it.
