Oil change/Filter

Am I to assume that oil change means also change the filter? I thought the filter was good until 100000 miles.

Yes, change the oil and filter at the same time. Whenever specified by the CBS or one year, whichever comes first.

The spark plugs on the X5 are good for 100,000 miles. (only 45,000 miles on the X6 for some reason)
