Holiday special $1,500 off through BMWNA

Just checked online for current offers on the m3's. I ordered one that should be here next week. However, now that I look at the current offers, it seems better than what I initially got in september when I placed order.

My question is...will I be able to lock in the new deal? I was going to buy car cash but I would rather finance 36 mo at 0.9%. And I would love another 1500 off msrp.

I wonder too, supposed to be picking up my car tomorrow or thursday. Can this still be applied?

Holiday $1500 off that is.

my salesperson told me that if there's a better deal before I drive off the lot, then I qualify for it. I just want to get the holiday credit but I'm uncertain if they'll drop price anymore...

don't think so

I was going to do 1.9 for 60, but $1500 is enticing enough to just go with the 0.9 for 36

Is the 1,500 off already factored into the payments when you "estimate payment"? Will the dealer also honor what they have agreed to knock off msrp on top of the 1,500?

Confused

I don't think it's factored into the payment, but it's probably ultimately up to your dealer... I think since they get the rebate, you could buy a new M3 for essentially $1500 under invoice

so just to clarify, the 1500 is deducted from the cap cost/sale price correct, not MSRP..

bmwusa words it funny and say it's off MSRP...

Is this offer only valid if you are leasing/financing? If you are buying car in cash, does it apply? TIA.

I have the same question. Typically though, BMW doesn't offer delas like this on cash purchases.

Asked my dealer, and he gave me the $1500 as a cap cost reduction on my 3-year lease for an M3 vert... one thing that seems fishy (or maybe not... if you guys can help) is that the $1500 rebate seems to be taxed. I got $105 in capped taxes (exactly my state tax of 7% on the $1500) added to my cap cost. So net effect is a cap cost reduction of $1395.

Then for due on signing, it's added to my "total drive off" (the $1500) but on the "remaining due" it's gone.

Anyone can help with figuring this out? Does all that sound right? On another note, he put the acquisition fee in the cap costs... should/can I put that in the drive off instead?

Also... Money factor down to 0.00120 but residual went down from 66% to 64% on a 3/12k lease...

If you are paying cash and they won't give you the 1500 off, you should do a short term finance at 0.9% then pay off loan as soon as you can, possibly only days later. Yeah, you'll pay a few days interest at 0.9% (a few bucks at most) but you should be able to get the $1500 off then.

so in order to receive the 1500 rebate on a lease, you'd also have to take november/december lease rates correct? You can't just get the 1500 rebate but use sept/oct lease rates correct?

If you have to take the new rates along with the rebate, I'm thinking BMW is going to adjust the MF or residuals to balance out the 1500 reduction

someone said the Residual went down and money factor went down as well for the Convertibles. Although the decrease in residual causes a higher payment, the decrease in money factor actually makes it a cheaper lease over last month.
