Question Ceramic Braking System for X6

Might be a weird idea but i'm just wondering if it's possible. Are there any aftermarket ceramic braking kit for the x6? If so please send me a link thx

Are you taking it to the track. I haven't heard anything from Brembo yet.

All I know from race motorcycles is that ceramic brakes are not at all recomended for street use. They need a longer time to warm up (and work properly) and are not used when weather is wet. On the street you cannot afford not to rely on your brakes at 100%, in any conditions.

Thanks for the info. The reason why I asked because Porsche have ceramic brakes as an option for the Cayenne and I did some research about carbon ceramic to find out the benefits. I have a big issue with cleaning my rims everyday from brake dust so I was looking for a solution. Now I could be wrong but i heard ceramic brakes produce less dust and last 3 times longer.

I drove an Audi S8 equiped with ceramic brakes and it was amazing. I hope BMW will offer this kind of option for the F10 M5...
U can check the offer from the most important BMW tuners to find some better brakes.
