Does anyone have access to a blank BMW purchase order form?

Hope I'm not way out of bounds here - but does anyone have access to a blank BMW vehicle purchase order form they could send to me in a PDF or Word document? PM me if you prefer to send it to me directly

There is no such thing. Buyers Order sheets vary by state and when we purchase a vehicle from BMW-NA it is done electronically. There is no blank sheet.
