At first I didnt like it. I thought it looked weird and the rear didnt suit the coupe. However, now I'm liking it. It looks well proportioned.

Thoughts?

Agree, looks well proportioned.

The article says no AMG version (at least yet.)

Also claims the reason the rear window is taped up is because of a new MB trademark like the Hofmeister kink. If you look at it closely, it looks like the rear will curve back like the CLS giving it the 'banana shape' greenhouse look.

I hate the front and rear. The front looks like it just drove into a wall and got smashed in.

The flat front will be very common in european cars soon...look at the new 7'er and 5'er....flat front too....because of the european pedestrian safety requirement i guess....

I just can't get a grip on the Chrysler grills. Bring back the tradtional MB grill. BMW has kept the kidneys alive and it suits the cars very well.

It won't be the next CLK as the title suggests because the new E-Class coupe is what replaced the CLK. Regardless, it still looks somewhat promising, but I don't see any of us going from E92's or F32's to C-Class coupes.

+1. We'll see this roaming the streets in white and beige soon. Probably won't be called the CLK considering the new E is the E Coupe.

looks nice, wonder if benz will finally put the 300hp v6 in the c class, if not it would be a real deal breaker. The c300 doesn't cut it imho. and the current c350 isn't as quick as the e9x 335s.

This car will have an E46 like relationship between the coupé and sedan. I really like the way the C Class looks now but they should have made it differently.
