Garage List
that is extremely cool
but what's the transfer rate?
let's say I want to Slurp a 1gig file?
do I have to hold the thing to the file for a long time?

I can't see this replacing wireless networks with remote programs

I can't see this thing replacing USB devices. Plug it in and transfer. The thing is portable and easy to use, plus you don't need to hold it to the screen.

And I don't know of anyone who's ever wanted to turn on their speakers by shooting a USB-sized device at it.
