The first "reboot" of my ///M
Was 45 miles into my 350 miles drive home today when I could longer change stations. Played around a bit and everything worked except my preset sat/FM stations. I drove an additional 100 miles before we made a stop to "reboot" my car....just turned off ignition and started it again. The preset station functionality came back which is desirable on long drives. Everything is back to normal. I thought MS Windows was the only thing that required a reboot.
Drove 700 miles the past 2 days to attend an out of town funeral. What a fantastic highway car!! |

Gotta love that 5th gear acceleration (manual) or the kickdown to 6th (DCT) and leaving it in that gear and flooring the baby on the highways:P
She is a whole new beast after 1200miles |

Of course, revving it above 550 rpm has nothing to do with that.

Yep . That's what I mostly use mine for (400-mile trip each way to see my daughter), and it's awesome. Just wish it had a taller 6th for better fuel mileage (I run it at the ton for long stretches), but the engine doesn't feel or sound strained one bit. Awesome car indeed. Good day.
