Download/Record performance from cars ECU??

Hi, I was out skiing and realized how fun the curvy mountain roads can be with a push of the "M" button. (ie 120 in 20 mph zone ) I was wondering is there is a way to record the driving data, such as speed, gear #, rpm, steering angle, throtle %, throughout the trip.

Another question is; where is the best location to place a video camera recorder to see the entire front windscreen view and the odometers. (driver view perspective). In the mean time, it has to be stable to get good quality video. Does anyone has a similar setup in place?

Thanks

You need a Traqmate (www.traqmate.com) or an AiM DaViD/data logger.

P.S. Slow down there, buddy. 120 in a 20 is pretty crazily dangerous and irresponsible. Take it to the track...
