Aw, that's awesome!

Now she's old enough to start learning proper detail techniques. Yay for being on topic!

Congratulations! Very exciting. All of my kids started walking plus or minus a few days of their first birthday. Funny how that works out with most kids starting walking almost exactly on that first birthday. Enjoy it, as you are in for some very cute months ahead!

Moved this thread to OT forum from the detailing forum. Hope you don't mind.

Just right before I moved this discussion. BTW, for lopealle, my wife and my reaction to our kids walking was:

1st child - between 9-12 months, we kept thinking, "Wow, he looks like he's ready, he'll be walking in no time"; at 12 months, it was, "When is he going to walk? Is he developing correctly?"; when he started walking a few days later, it was, "Get the video camera! Get the still camera! Get hours of footage of first steps!"

2nd child - around 11 months, "Geez, she'll be walking soon"; at 12 months, "Hey, were those her first steps? We really should be taking pictures or something."

3rd child - around 12 months, "Wait a second, when did this kid start walking?"

Ours could walk by now (just had first b-day) but we're not pushing it too much because once they start it's all over!
