Taking delivery tomorrow
After a monster storm in the Northeast, I will be picking up my 1er in the morning. I guess it will be clean for about 10 minutes. It's tough being OCD in this weather. I've waited 8 weeks for this car and I can't wait to drive her. It's a good thing I still have my Jeep for another few weeks to wade through the slush. Drive safely all...see ya on the roads of Long Island shortly.

It might be covered in snow right now. If they preped it yesterday it might be in that little lot next to the dealer. Tough break if it is.

Sorry...I just remember my experience. My car got prepped 2 days before I picked it up. It got left in a rainstorm and when I picked I up it had water spots.
But the service department is far better than the people who sell the cars.

Hey, it's March! Snow doesn't last as long on the ground (and roads). I'll bet your snow will be gone by the weekend.
Do be careful in the meantime, then enjoy! |

The roads are already clear in NY. Don't worry about the road conditions, you need to go easy on the car for at least 500 miles!

One More Week!
Well my sales associate called to reschedule my delivery date. So now I'm not taking delivery until next Tuesday. Hopefully the dirty snow will melt by then. Tom Petty had it right..."the waiting is the hardest part".
