A passenger left a car, however seat heating remained on
Is it normal? Another strange behavior I noticed today, I locked car using CA touch as usually and display got closed, however music continued sounding. I have to press STOP button to make it shut. Yes, my window was down so I could reach the button.

Makes sense. When I left a car for few minutes and then went back I noticed that my seat heating is still on.

I think you can adjust the length of time that the car will stay "on" after you kill the engine. I think the default setting is something like 40 seconds.

I noticed that too. If I come back to the car within a few minutes, the seat heater remembers what setting it was on. Otherwise, it shuts off. I don't think the heater actually stays on though, I think it just remembers what the setting is.

I couldn't find a setting that would change that, but note that this is from the '09 1-series without iDrive manual. I don't see the iDrive manual on-line, but I wasn't that motivated to look. Maybe there's a setting in there that affects that.

My Dad's M3 with CA very definitely shuts the music off and on via unlocking the car the standard way, a feature I am very jealous of but I couldn't afford

If you're talking about the heated seat being on while no passenger is in it, then that is normal and it is great if you're trying to keep your lunch warm on the way back to work. I have had a few problems with the radio not going off on occasion however. Everything else turns off, the nav screen goes down and I lock the doors with CA but the radio is still playing. Each time I've had to restart the car and turn it off again before the radio turned off as well. It's only happened 3-4 times so I'm not too worried about it.
