335i to 1198s

Hey everyone,

I took a walk over to the dark side and picked up a new Ducati 1198s.
I know most people like toys and speed and this one tops it. Figured I would share. She is damn fast and I haven't even taken her over 8K. Redline is 13K.

Not much can hang with her.

OMG! Lucky bastard!

I saw on one of those 2 weeks ago at a swedish motorcycle show! It felt so freakin' good just to sit on!

It's also one of those sportbikes you can actually go down to the garage with some friends and just admire!

Looks very nice. If I were to ever purchase a bike it would be a Ducatti.

Thanks guys. The bike is wicked, scary fast and I am very fortunate with current times to be able to acquire such a bike.

Driving this beast comes with a certain responsibility as the damn thing will launch you like no other. Makes my 335 w/ procede seem like a go-cart and will pull wheelies with the request of a twist. So smooth though. Very predictable.

Time to go show some Ferrari’s up...

Nice bike. I think I'm going to pick up another Ducati when I get back to the States. Lots of practically new 749s are going for cheap. I need something I can have fun giving a good stretch to the throttle cable. I don't need another king of speed...especially in the States.

I love the S, but its a bit more money than the regular 1098. I just wanted a lowly 848.
