Widening the rear track

What can I possibly do to widen the rear track of my car by about 15mm? Rolling the fenders will probably yield me 5mm. Any experience or suggestion on how I can get 15mm without cutting the fenders and attaching bits to it?

The inside lip on the rear fender is about 12mm on each side. It's a fatty for sure. So, a roll should be able to get you to your goal. If there's any rubbing, add a bit of negative camber, which I know that you know is simple to do.

Thanks Larryn. As for negative camber, check out my signature picture. I am maxed out already! And ideally, I would like to have the option to change that around to see what is the best track set up. With the current wheel, it's impossible without some rolling.

Hi Wayne. I tried to judge the camber from that very pic, and it's tough to do because of perspective.

A roll should take care of you, and if you've had fenders rolled before, you know that they can even push the fender out a bit and still look fairly stock. What would be nice is to have a nice light ET54 wheel available to us in a 9.5" or 10" width.

Does anybody know how far further out than the stock wheels one can go before any body modification (or camber change) is required?

For example a front wheel of 8" wide and an offset of 45mm will sit further out than stock by 10mm and I assume this will be fine without rolling the fenders. However, what about a rear wheel of 9" wide and an offset of 35mm. This will be 23mm further out than stock. Would this require any work?

Thanks

Jack
