Site/app doesn't work if on wi-fi
Any reason why the website or app doesn’t work when I’m on my home WiFi network (iPhone or iPad) but if I switch to Verizon cellular network it works just fine? Not having any issues with any other websites when on my home network.

Same here. My laptop (windows) on wifi works but the app and site on my android phone via wifi says Forbidden

Check your device's (laptop vs phone) or Wi-Fi server/hotspot's (Wi-Fi vs cellular) access restriction settings. Like this: https://support.apple.com/en-us/105121. Confirm your age.

The same issue here: cannot cannot via WiFi while _not_using VPN on iPhone with IOS 17.5.1.
However. Bimmerpost IOS app does work when VPN connection is activated outside of the home region. Unusual to say the least. |

Have you tried clearing your cache and doing a hard reset on your iOS devices?

Having the same issues here. I tried deleting the app and data and reinstalling. Didn't work. I have an iPhone and the app only works when I'm using my cellulars network. When on the WiFi, doesn't work. On my other personal devices that use WiFi/the same network, it seems to work just fine. Maybe it's an app bug ; I see there was a new Bimmerpost app version released 6 days ago.

I have them same issue. Can’t load anything in the app when I’m on my WiFi but pornhub and redtube works. 😅
If I use VPN a few things will load in the app but with WiFi off everything work. WTF 🤷🏼‍♂️

How about including your home Internet Service Provider and an approximate location, so that someone has a chance of isolating this down to an ISP or region that was overzealously black-listed?
All works fine for me from my iPhone on Spectrum Cable here in the northeast USA.....

I spoke with apptest and it sounds like a recent blocked range of IP addresses have caused the issue. They are looking into it further.

Yup same for me. If I use app or just site on computer browser gives forbidden error, if I use my VPN both work fine so it seems my IP is being blocked. Definitely some kind of IP issue.

Issue should be better now. The amount of people on this thread is a bit scary.
Some of you are part of a bot network. Meaning your computers are hijacked and used by malicious people to do malicious tbings without you knowing 👎👎
