HUGE NEWS - READ - Cars-> Dealers March 14th

1 series cars will be shipping to the dealers on March 14th.

From my SA:
"I was just notified that they will be shipping 1 series cars starting on March 14th(Friday). I should see your car here a few days after. I’ll keep you posted. "

edit: given how long it is taking them to get this car from georgia port to S.C. VPC, i'll be lucky to see my car by the 22nd. :-( j/k

Wow! I'm within a 3.5 hr drive of where mine is sitting right now!!! I could get it a week early, or in less than 4 weeks.

AWESOME NEWS! What am I going to do with the five hours a day on spend on here after the car comes. I'll have to get a wireless card and a laptop. Anyway, we are even closer. :drinking:

I'm assuming that there is still no way to get the car before March 22nd, correct?

i believe the local dealer will get rid of it as fast as possible. i very much doubt they will hold onto them til the 22nd.

perhaps some of our resident customer advisors could chime in on this.

I would assume they are giving the dealerships a few days to prep the cars before letting customers get their hands on them on the 22nd.

Did the 3ers release before their launch date?

My guess is probably not, but at least they are not starting to send them out from the VPCs on the 22nd, and we would be waiting a few days after that!

My SA just Confirmed that when the car arrives prior to March 22nd, it is mine to pickup.

"Absolutely! As soon as it gets here I’ll get it prepped for pick up."
