540i whirling noise from engine

I have replaced the ccv diaphragm...idler pulleys...the guy I bought it from had put a new power steering pump on...the water pump looks fairly new as well and there is no overheating....the noise almost sounds like it's coming from the power steering pump but I know that can be deceiving

Sorry for the quality of the video ...you can hear the noise at the beginning then the sound gets weird

Did you ever find a fix to this issue? My girlfriends 2003 530i just started making this horrible sound as well at idle. It sounds alittle distorted when the wheel is turned but it’s still very high pitched. sound clip
