Anyone know is there's anything unique about the Fillister Head Screws for the seat rail mounts? I'm going to replace them with hex bolt.
Note, not on oem rails but direct to floor mounts.

A couple of things. They're partially threaded or "piloted" to help avoid cross threading by lining them up before the threads engage. (Seat bolts are easily cross threaded). Then, they're "encapsulated", with thread locker which technically makes them one time use in their eyes.
