Rear Vents (Center Arm Rest) Not Blowing Air

Rear passenger vents are hardly blowing any air. I can feel air blowing from the bottom (below the vents) when I remove the rubber inserts. I suspect the duct work has come lose. Does anyone know how to open up the armrest to view and fix?

We aren't there with you so we don't know what you've already checked off the list as the culprit etc. How do you have the air distribution system set? Are the rear vents open? Do you have the air going to the side vents (in the B pillar)? Or do you have the IHKA control panel set to distribute the air to the floor vents and defrost vents? Do you have the 4-zone or 2-zone climate control system? If you have the 4 zone system...is the rear blower working?
