Connected drive connection issues.
Anyone having connected drive issues?
My weather and traffic data have stopped working. I do have an active subscription. |

Mine did this back in March and I had to have the dealership reprogram a module as the car was not provisioning things correctly (lost everything but SOS service using the button itself). It took several months of back and forth with ConnectedDrive Service and the dealership.

My local ConnectedDrive rep said that for over last four weeks there was a several systems hiccup that prevented several services from working, all cars were affected. In my case, only a pretty useless rtti still works. Overall it's a pretty major disappointment on ID4 head units.

All connected drive services for my 2016 f15 x5 (EU location) have stopped working since September 3rd. After calling connected drive services updating software rebooting still doesn't work…
Mybmw app also has lost connection to my car and the last location of my car is locked to where it was in September 3rd Any one also affected in EU ? Or is it just my car I which case appointment to dealer will be needed I Guess.. Manu thanks for any hints ! |

If you are in US and your car is made before 2016, you might be out of luck. Not sure if there is a same problem in Europe (probably). |
