Fender rolling
I know the e9X m3 rear fenders are rolled as is.
BUT, I’d like to get it flattened as much as possible to help clear a slightly wider tire. Can anyone help me with this? Recommend a shop? Thank you in advance. |

It's better to get wheels that fit. There's plenty of room in the rear fenders to fit 11" wheels with 295's. You just need the right offset and alignment settings. The e9x fenders are not easily rolled. I have seen it done and without exception it doesn't look good at best and requires a respray at worst. There is a solid body line, ridge just above the fender opening plus its a double walled fender. Rolling results in distortion and creates a second bend next to the existing body line. Often it's a very wavy bend as well.

There's no lip in the fender wells. They are as flush as can be without flaring the body out. Of course just talking rear. The front is the same thin edge, but it's plastic so there's no massaging that. I run 11's in the back of mine without a problem. Dial in your offsets or tire sizes, there really should be no need to work these bodies.
