tow hook plate holder screws?

i got one of these and snapped the rusty screws when i tried to take the plate off. anyone know where can i source the screws?

Looks like a standard hex cap-head screw. Easiest and cheapest solution is to bring one of the intact screws (if you have any remaining) to a local hardware store (or Home Depot, etc) and find the same one. You could even bring the plate mount with you to ensure the screw has the proper thread pitch and goes in properly. Just be sure to get stainless steel screws.
