Help diagnosing faults

Can some help me decipher the attached Carly fault read out?

It looks like both your throttle actuator banks are throwing codes (i.e. both actuators are bad) and it would also appear the thermostat is throwing codes. Lambda sensor is, I believe, the O2 sensor for that bank. I would address the thermostat and see if the O2 sensor code continues before replacing the latter. When the thermostat is off, the O2 sensors can't do their job correctly.
