New Member!
Hello team!
Just recently an official new BMW with E92 M3. I am new here but not really new to forums. Been a member of Evo and Nissan forums for the past 16-17 years with 1 1989 GTR, 2 GTST Skylines, Evo 8 (12.0 sec), and Built Street legal Evo 9 (10.3 Sec) that passes in my hand, built by me, with my own hand thru that time. Been in some racing events here and there. But time pass by and we need to move to comfortable, civilized during the week and aggressive and beast during the weekend car! And E92 M3 V8 didn't failed me that. Such an Awesome machine! Hands down! I know its not that fast as my Japanese car and i thought i'm gona miss my evos but didn't at all! Im glad. So hopefully this is a good start for me in my new journey in my newly acquired M3. Thank you Last edited by WNS2N_T; 10-31-2018 at 01:24 PM.. |

I've owned an EVO and drove multiple Evo's as a factory rep for Mitsubishi NA. I love the car but once you start getting older it's just too boy racer. The E92 M3 is a great choice.

This is the 100% truth. I think the Evo is just not comfortable anymore.

Welcome! I too come from a life of JDM's (WRX's/STi's). Picked my e92 M3 from a fellow in Port Hueneme about a month ago. Although I miss the room my STi hatch offered, I don't miss driving it. You're somewhat local, so hopefully we'll see you around!

Similar story here. I built 2 evos and miss them but as others said it became too boy racer for me. Miss the power for sure. There are alot of ppl here that came from Jap cars to my surprise. It's a good helpful forum. Joining it has caused me to order many parts however.
You may decide to supercharge like me. Even with it I still find myself wanting more power but it's sneaky fast since it's so linear. Last edited by eatsleepboost; 10-25-2018 at 06:44 PM.. |
