Any wicked tuna watchers?
Show has some good moments but seems too scripted at times. Alwyas cool seeing those giants being caught and cool seeing them get away as well.
Anyways, first mate, Nick "Fudge" Duffy on Pinwheel dies suddenly. Not a fan of that boat but sad to see a young one pass away so early. Fudge died "unexpectedly" on Thursday, July 19, 2018, according to an obituary posted on the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home website. No cause of death was announced. |

I was happy to see Pinwheel win 2018 - Dave on FV-Tuna was just getting too cocky. I like the show too, but the end is just too scripted, especially the "well, he needs X dollars per pound to win" bit - because he always gets that price or more.
Too bad - Duffy wasn't bad. |

I stopped watching it. Same bs & drama all the time. It got boring & annoying. Duffy's voice was so annoying. Not enough to want him dead, don't worry.

Was good in the beginning but it's gotten kind of bland. Same story going after .com
The show did make me go tuna fishing which was a blast minus the long trek out to the fishing grounds off MA. |
