Squeaking noise
So my car has been making this squeaking noise for awhile but it's been getting worse and more annoying lately. I notice it most at 40mph and below and it gets faster as the car goes faster. Other than the sound, everything else about the car is fine. No other weird drivability issues. It sounds like it's coming from somewhere other than the engine. Any ideas? Someone suggested that it's brake squeal but idk. What do you guys think?

It's likely my shitty earbuds I have at work but i actually don't hear anything, just wind noise. Can you hear it if the car is still and the engine is slowly reved up? Could be a pully or something like that

You'll have to put the volume way up for the video. And no, it's only when the car is moving. It doesn't sound like it's coming from the engine bay

It's the noise that almost sounds like a bird chirping if that helps (there were no birds in the vicinity)

Other than that hard to say... don't think it's a hub or anything like that. If you can have someone walk next to your car as it rolls that can help at least pinpoint the source area, that led to the diag of a nast knock I had which turned out to be a visibly loose control arm after a shitty alignment job by the dealer lol

That figures lol. Next time you hear it definitely try the brakes, don't get on them hard just enough to add some pressure and see if it changes tone or anything.

It sounds like a damn steam train lol.... You're gonna need to either adjust the e-brake or look at the pad mechanism for damage
