Broken intake duct...again!

So I go to take my air filter out today to clean it, and I see my intake duct is cracked and basically broken off. I had the car in the dealership two weeks ago for scheduled service (probably my last under my extended maintenance plan and CP warranty) and it must have happened then. I could see this damage happening easily if a tech leaned into the engine compartment and pressed on or leaned on the duct for support.
Funny thing is the exact same damn thing happened during a service with my last 135 probably 4 years ago!

I blame the techs anyway, unless this is a known problem I haven't heard of and these things are just prone to cracking.

I'll take it back and they'll fix it, but it's just odd that it's happened to me twice now.

Try some plastic cement to bond the two pieces back together.

Not a common issue as far as I am aware.

Mine cracked trying to pull the flexible part out before undoing the screws on the front. Only about half way around though. I'll fix it at some point

I'm still under warranty for another 36 days or so. I'll have the dealership replace it.
