Coding required for parts replacement?

Does anyone know if any coding or reprogramming would be required if a parking sensor or side view camera was replaced with the exact same one.
Or is just plug and play.

If just the camera ir the sensor itself is replaced, no coding is needed. Only if you replace the control unit.
