Steering wheel heating doesn't work with the performance wheel I have.

Honestly it isn't needed with the alcantara.

You also loose the boot kick open when you install the m performance carbon rear diffuser.

Yeah, I could care less about the boot kick. I can see why you don't need the heated option anymore with the Alcantara.
