Coding issue - bimmercode app

Hi guys.

I've reproduced this error twice now - the first time I thought it was a mechanical issue and the dealer flashed all software back to stock. It fixed the problem.

Basically using the bimmercode app, when I code auto side mirror close without delay using key fob or comfort access, my Driver and passenger windows start to open randomly to different degrees.

When I reverse this the problem is fixed. It didn't occur when the car was previously coded with a cable.

Just thought I would let people know.

You likely coded open delay as well, which has that effect.

Are you coding KOMFORT_OEFFNEN or just KOMFORT_SCHLIESSEN?

Thanks for replying

There is an option in bimmercode where you can set opening and closing delay to "no delay"

I set closing delay to "no delay".

I don't change parameters in expert coding mode.

Happy to take your advice on what to Change

Check expert mode to see how those two FDL's are set.

I think I might just set closing delay in isolation and see what happens.

I may have changed both opening and closing delay which may have caused the problem.

Try just KOMFORT_SCHLIESSEN.

EDIT: KOMFORTOEFFNUNG & KOMFORTSCHLIESSUNG should be aktiv. You are looking for separate FDL's with "_" as above.
