Turbo replacement/swap

Anyone done this?

ISTA-D instructions have me raising the engine 1 inch to do turbo replacment. Wondering if anyone has successfullly swapped turbos without needing to lift the engine.

You are better off to ask in the engine sub forum as some hardcore users there had their turbos changed. I recall few threads there using turbos from different companies. Maybe they can give you some pointers, GL!
