Anyone experienced with wheels shipment overseas?
Hey there,
i was wondering if any of you US guys shipped a set of 4 alloy wheels over to continental europe some time? I´m currently looking for a resonably priced solution but can´t really seem to find anything Thanks a lot for your help Max |

Try USPS. Go to usps.com and get an estimate online. USPS will be the cheapest way to ship the wheels, provided your post service allows parcels with such dimensions. Some countries do not.

Actually USPS was the first option i looked into, but unfortunately the sizes of the boxes are slightly (1 inch) too large to pack 2 boxes together as one, so even USPS is like 450$ bc of all 4 boxes being shipped seperately.

DHL is going to be a lot more money I'd say. I use DHL and USPS on daily basis and DHL is always a lot more money (at least to countries in South America). True it gets to the destination a lot quicker.
Like shimmy23 said, ocean freight would be the cheapest way. |
