Got +1qt warning, added 3/4qt still same warning

Excuse the brevity I’m on my phone I got the +1qt warning and added 1/4 3 times and the sign still stays at +1q

Been driving for about 20 mins now and oil temp has hit 210

But should be okay to drive on for now? I drove for about 50 miles coming home when it hit the +1qt sign (all freeway) but it does seem like an accurate reading initially as it’s been slowly dwindling from 3/4 to 1/4 and finally 1qt yesterday

Leave it. Drive like normal. It's fine.

You can also press and hold the button on the signal stalk while on the oil level screen to force the car to re-scan the oil level. I did that the other day and it seemed to work (I had added oil to top up after an oil change).

Cheers,

You will be fine OP. Just leave it as is. Recently mine did not reset even after 100 miles of driving the car once I added about 3/4 th of a quart. I grew restless but fortunately dint add more because when the sensor finally rest it was right at Max.

I've also gotten different readings after going through the I-drive system.

Don't add more than 1/4 qt from now. Just drive the car for a good 3 days of commuting. Our electronic oil meter sucks, it takes forever to get the proper reading.
