Typecode is different for ECE vs USA. You usually switch last digit between 3 and 1.

Does it mean that a UK model M4 CS would have a value of 3S71. Or would it be 3S72 for the UK model Right Hand Drive?

Can you please confirm?

I am looking to VO code the EDC of my F82 (non ZCP stock) as I have got B6 Damptronic shocks installed.

Best way is to use FDL coding.

I agree that FDL coding will be a lot easier.
Would you mind providing the CAFD tag and parameter value to change?
I have heard that there is only 1 parameter to change - would much appreciate if you could provide the details to change.

About the same ease. Reason to use FDL coding would be if you already had other custom coding in the same ECU.
