Yeah I thought so too. Just called them and asked a few questions, they were nice enough. Do you know if I wanted to take it to a BMW dealer to have it inspected, what they would charge for that? Looks like some really bad reviews for the dealer on Yelp as well, so I'm weary.

It hasn't been well cared for in my opinion. I was looking at this car but couldn't go over how beat up the interior is. This kinda shows the type of treatment the whole car received in my opinion. I walked away before even talking with them or getting a PPI. They've had it awhile and dropped the price quite a bit. Just some things to consider

interior looks pretty beat up and those rock chips on the bumper seem excessive.
Other than that seems like its pretty well optioned with heated seats and EPS sound. check for accidents and do a PPI? |

Carfax indicates no accidents and it looks like it was serviced by a BMW dealer for most of it's life...

Most likely you will need to do - spark plugs - pad replacement - diff fluid change - cabin/air filter couple of things off the top of my head but will probably need more stuff. |

Those wheels are not the stock ones (as I am sure you know). One problem I see is it kind of looks like it is missing a pedal...
JK looks like a pretty fair price. It is not a steal though. |

that car is thrashed. lots of scuffs on the console near the dct shifter. whoever it was had kids that kicked the back of the seats liberally. steering wheel is dirty as hell, they didn't even bother giving it a detail. there are better deals for $29k. i'd pass.

The wheels are likely winter rims as they have winter tires on them. So you'd need a new set of rims/tires too if they aren't included in the purchase. Also, why is the front tow hook cover missing?
Interior has a lot of scratches, but I wouldn't let that deter me from a car that was otherwise well maintained. |

If you're looking for a clean well optioned car there's a grey on fox red dct in NJ. It's got 71k miles, was a Michigan car but the dealer put it on the lift for me and it's really clean underneath. Interior isn't trashed and was maintained st a BMW shop it's whole life and a one owner. If I didn't find my IB, I may have jumped on it. Only downfall I saw was winter tires and wheels. But really clean car. They seem desperate to sell it she's called me constantly asking if I knew any leads. 31k but I'm sure you could get that down.

That dealership in the OP is famous for adding on extra fees not included in the listing price.
I know someone that bought a car from them. Just throwing that out there. |

We call those types of dealerships "Note Lots". They don't specialize in anything particular and just buy whatever they can get their hands on cheap to sell high. They're not equipped to properly service most of the cars they sell so they just hose Armor-All on everything, clear the engine codes, and sell everything As-Is and hope the buyers don't come back.
They specialize in high interest rate loans and extra fees. Buyers with poor credit who are trying to buy more car than they can afford are usually the type who frequent these types of lots. As far as the car goes it's hard to tell from the blown out contrast and over-sharpening, but it does appear pretty beat up. They probably paid around 20k for it. I would keep looking for a better car from a higher quality seller. |

My 148K vehicle's interior looks way better than this
Exhaust sticks out way too much. P/o probably put on something else Wheels are from an F10 m-sport. Style 351m. They're not *for* E9x's |
