Coding vs BimmerTech USB?

I know SouthernBM do/used to offer coding, and the back yarders are always out there - has anyone gone the USB route? I think I want warning remove, remember last (for stop/start), double flash hazards, USB video, video in motion. What else is there for a 2017 comp pack?

I bought the carling app and did some coding over my phone

They don't have everything like laptop coding, but the main stuff is there like comfort access settings, seat belt chimes and stop start mod

They haven't cracked idrive 5 yet so you can't disable the disclaimer
