The second picture in the OP has nothing wrong with it, those are just the headers coming out of the old V12 car. Nothing wrong with that.

Look at the vintage Jag with a modified quad exhaust that I spotted today in Coral Gables, FL. Looks like a 1974 E-Type V12 Jag. (sorry for the pic quality, I took it with my BlackBerry).
