New York Safety Track (NYST) Sunday, May 7th- PRIVATE TRACK RENTAL

Private Track Rental- Invites Only (On track from 9am-5pm with 12-1pm lunch break)- This is the season opener weekend at NYST so come join us for some fun in the sun!

(No refunds will be issued as this is a rain or shine event). First come first serve basis as limited registrations are available to prevent over registered vehicles for event.

If people want to camp out at the track the night before, NYST offers the option at $20 for the night. No admission fees for passengers and spectators (invites only please). All drivers and passengers MUST have helmets). Short pants/shirts are permitted.

Each track session will be approximately 15-20 minutes and each session will consist of approx 15-18 cars per session depending on final car registrations. Track running hours will be continuous from 9am-12pm & 1pm-5pm.
Time of Vehicle Inspection is at 7am SHARP with Mandatory Drivers Briefing/Track Tour to begin at 8am, so DO NOT arrive late to circuit. (*participants who misses the morning driver's meeting/briefing at 8am will not be permitted on the track until after lunch).

We will separate groups based on Novice, Intermediate, and Advance. This will enable a smoother and safer track flow during the sessions. Drivers and cars will be formally assigned once we received majority of the registrations at a later time.

*On track passes for all groups are ONLY permitted based on "Point Bys" or "Signal Bys" (no exception to this rule or warnings will be given and dismissals from the event will be issued)

CONVERTIBLES are PERMITTED
PASSENGERS are PERMITTED
HELMETS are MANDATORY for both drivers and passengers.

No admission charge for spectators, passengers, or visiting vehicles (non registered vehicles) however guests are ONLY permitted onto the track premises by INVITES ONLY as this is a private event rental.

GAS is not available at track (closest gas station is 4 miles away)

**Track WILL have food/drinks available for purchase for both breakfast and lunch.

We have an event discount rate at the nearby Holiday Inn which is 15 miles from the track. Most of the attendees will be staying at this hotel the night before on Saturday 5/6.
