Price check for 2013 E92 and E93 M3

Hi. New member and first time post. Feels like this is the right spot to post after navigating through the forum for a few days.

I would love some feedback on these two, with both being at the same reputable BMW dealer. Non CPO, but could be added if worth it?
I have not reviewed either CarFax yet, but client adviser says are clean, one owners coming off a lease. Plan to drive both tomorrow and review maintenance, tires, etc.

As a potential first time M3 buyer all feedback, especially on price is appreciated. Thanks.

I think the prices are good. I would negotiate the price down after having them add CPO. If they do that for the same price, I think that's pretty fair.

Decent price. I bought pretty much the same E92 for $42,998 pre tax. Mine had 16,000 miles and half a year of warranty and maintenance left. Check my post in the what you paid for used M3 thread. I got it this month.

if you are choosing between the two, it's a no-brainer to pick the coupe especially when you are considering prices. Yes, msrp for the convertible is higher but resale value is lower. Plus, it's fat

If you search OP's posts, looks like he leased a 2017 M3 instead!
